Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders are a great way to make sure you are able to get the item or items you want to buy without having to worry about it going out of stock. If you place a pre-order with us we will hold your item until we receive it from our suppliers and ship it out promptly. As soon as we are permitted to open pre-orders for products they will be placed on our website.

 

Pre-Order Pricing

Pricing is subject to change without notice. Price changes could result from increased shipping costs, production costs, or import fees that may be changed since original posting. We try our best to post accurate prices at time of posting. You are, however, guaranteed to receive the lowest price should the price be reduced.

 

Pre-Order Release Dates

We are supplied a rough estimate of delivery date by the manufacturers and, while this is generally fairly accurate, they are subject to change. While we try our best to meet the posted pre-order dates, it is unfortunately out of our hands on when we actually receive our items. 

 

Pre-Order Guarantee

While it is very uncommon, we will sometimes not receive our entire order as originally placed. Should this happen you will be refunded your purchase price.
